BG 216MSTRIEX, blueglobe TRI, the ultimate solution for industrial data technology and challenging EMC applications. This PFLITSCH cable gland combines reliability and ease of assembly with incredibly high attenuation values. At its core is the patented TRI spring from PFLITSCH, which ensures 360° contact with the shield over a large area, even with non-round or off-centre cables. With attenuation values of over 80 dB at 100 MHz and 65 dB at 1,000 MHz, the blueglobe TRI guarantees the highest level of signal reliability. Furthermore, this innovative cable gland has been certified for Cat. 7A applications by the accredited GHMT testing laboratory. Assembly is quick and easy – once the braiding has been stripped, the cable can be easily pushed through the blueglobe TRI where the triangular spring immediately secures itself around the braiding, ensuring EMC protection even before the pressure screw is tightened. With this EMC version, the cable sheathing only needs to be stripped at the contact point. The PFLITSCH blueglobe TRI is designed to provide mechanical separation between the shield and the seal, ensuring greater contact reliability. It is available in a high-temperature version for temperatures from -55 ° C to +180 ° C and is made of non-magnetic materials, including a triangle spring made from bronze (CuSn6), which contributes to even better screening attenuation values and a higher current-carrying capacity. In addition to its secure EMC contact and reliable functionality, the blueglobe TRI also offers a large sealing range, clear marking, high type of protection (IP 68 up to 15 bar or IP 69), and good strain relief. For particularly challenging EMC applications, PFLITSCH offers the blueglobe TRI NM cable gland with a gland body in chrome-plated brass.
