The Souriau UTS series is a range of circular connectors built for industrial applications, developed within the Trim Trio family. The UTS connector system uses crimp, Fibre Optic and PCB contacts with 36 contact layouts.
The UTS features waterproof capabilities with IP68/69K dynamic mated and unmated (HiSeal) with intermateability and interchangeability with UTGX, UTG and UT0 receptacles meaning you can create a unique interconnection solution by switching connector families without having to redesign the connector solution.
The UTS series has five shell sizes (8-10-12-14-18) with four contact sizes (#20, #16, #8 and Mixed Power) creating a unique interconnect connector solution.

The Eaton Souriau UTS series connector is a reliable and durable solution for outdoor electrical applications. With an operating temperature range of -40° to +105°C, this connector is able to withstand extreme temperatures. Its waterproof sealing is rated IP68 and IP69K, ensuring protection against moisture, making it suitable for use in harsh environments. Made with F1 material, it is resistant to UV radiation, making it resistant to outdoor conditions. In addition, the UTS connector is also moisture-proof, which adds to its longevity and safety. It is qualified to the UL94V0 / UL94HB standard, and it is RoHS and REACH compliant, further adding to its durability and safety. This circular connector series can be mated and unmated up to 250 cycles, making it suitable for frequent use. The UTS connector offers a 1/3 bayonet coupling with an audible click system that ensures secure mating, and it is compliant with major electrical IEC and UL standards. This connector has a long outdoor lifespan, reducing the need for frequent maintenance and replacements. Its hi-seal option maintains an IP68 rating even in unmated conditions, providing additional protection. The UTS connector has a large choice of layouts with options to mix signal and power or copper and optic within the same connector. It is compatible with the Trim Trio contacts and is fully intermateable and interchangeable with the UTG and UTO series. This makes upgrading easier, faster and without additional costs, as no tools or panel cut-out modifications are necessary. A complete interconnect solution is available with a standard cable assembly, simplifying your supply chain.
