The UNI Dicht gland comprises the gland body and the individual sealing insert, which can be assembled and customised to meet your application requirements, such as cable diameters, ambient temperatures, number of cables, and more. This system offers individuality in serial quality, allowing users to create their unique cable gland design easily. Available in sizes M4 to M120, the UNI Dicht system supports standard threads such as Pg, as well as international special threads, such as NPT or inch. Choose from metals like brass, zinc, stainless steel, and aluminum, or plastics like PVDF and polycarbonate, to suit your specific application needs. Additionally, the PFLITSCH sealing inserts are crafted using high-grade TPE, TPE-V, and silicone (LSR), which are resistant to modern-day chemicals, providing increased strain relief and protection. Achieving high protection ratings of up to IP 68 (up to 10 bar) or IP 69 as standard, the UNI Dicht cable gland system ensures optimum protection for your cables. With the UNI Dicht cable gland system, you can easily fit your individual cable gland to meet your application requirements, including connecting threads, bending protection, increased strain relief, angle glands, sealing of flat cables, split sealing inserts, or combination with hoses or corrugated pipes.
