Servo & Electronic Sales Announces a Strategic Refocus
Servo & Electronic Sales Ltd today announces that it has split from it’s Non-Traceable division. The non-traceable division will be run by the independent company, First Legacy (1st Legacy), under the ownership and guidance of Robert Egan, Servo’s former Managing director, who will leave Servo’s board of directors. This split will allow both companies to pursue their own strategic priorities.
This refocus on the traceable division will allow Servo & Electronic Sales Ltd to be better positioned to:
- Focus on distinct strategic priorities to build upon growth in industrial and mil-aero market opportunities
- Enhance customer relationships and availability of stock items with investment in leading technologies and industries
- Shape distinctive family-business culture, rooted in Servo & Electronic Sales’ strong values

The announcement of the separation follows a strong 2022, with 2023 highlighting a growing customer demand.
